Cancellation & Refund Policy
All products on VikDesign are delivered digitally. Once the download link has been provided, the product is considered delivered successfully.
Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations under any circumstances.
No Refund Policy applies because:
– Digital files can be saved permanently
– They cannot be “returned” like physical items
– We cannot verify whether the file was deleted
